MLEA at the EAS 2022 Annual Conference in Cartagena, Spain

We are so proud of our colleague Yusuf Hassan, Team Sweden, who has shared findings from one of the intellectual outputs of the project #MLEA during the EAS 2022 Annual Conference in Cartagena, Spain.

Gaining information directly from (former) athletes was of vital importance for this project because it directed all of our efforts to fostering the needs of (former) athletes in the context of studying and teaching entrepreneurship.

The presented paper identified major streams of thoughts on dual career and it highlights the various factors that promotes and impedes dual career pathways for athletes. This study became the grounding for the subsequent empirical study that involved all the MLEA partner countries.
