The fourth transnational MLEA meeting at the Juan Antonio Samarach Olympic Hall (ZETRA)

Last week MLEA partners from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia held their fourth transnational project meeting at the Juan Antonio Samarach Olympic Hall, regionally commonly known as simply ZETRA, all amazingly organised by our host Aela Ajdinović. Other partners from Germany, Slovenia and Sweden joined the meeting online. We have had the pleasure to immerse ourselves in the history of organising XIV. Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo as well as building, saving and rebuilding Olympic Museum by the legendary Mr. Edin Numankadić, who was the first director of the museum. We have also enjoyed words of welcome by Mr. Said Fazlagić, General Secretary of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During our meeting further steps in the project were discussed, dates for new tasks arranged because the end of the project is just around the corner.

Late in the afternoon we had the chance to also enjoy the cultural heritage and diversity of Sarajevo.

All in all, a very successful day, many new things learned and further steps accomplished. 

Now we are busy preparing all the assignments and meeting the deadlines that we will discuss mid-September in Dusseldorf, where our German partner WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management will host the next transnational project meeting.
